How does the subscription work?

Design Click operates on a monthly subscription. Once you subscribe, you get access to your dedicated platform where you can submit and manage design requests. Our team handles the execution and delivery, allowing you to focus on your business.

What happens after I subscribe?

You get immediate access to your client dashboard. You’ll complete a quick onboarding step, then you can start submitting requests right away.

What can I request?

You can request a wide range of design work including branding, marketing materials, social media graphics, presentation decks, website design, and more. If it requires design, we can handle it.

What counts as a request?

A request is a single task, such as designing a flyer or a social media post. Larger projects like websites or full branding systems can also be submitted as one request, but they will be completed over multiple phases. Turnaround times apply to progress updates and iterations, not full project completion.

How fast is turnaround?

Turnaround time depends on your plan.
Core plan requests are typically delivered within 48–72 hours, while Pro plan requests are prioritized with a 24–48 hour turnaround. Larger or more complex projects are delivered in phases with regular updates.

How many requests can I have at once?

Core plan allows 1 active request at a time, while Pro plan allows 2 active requests. You can submit unlimited requests, and we work through them based on your plan.

How does billing work?

Subscriptions are billed automatically each month. You can pause or cancel anytime. If you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of your billing cycle. Paused time does not roll over.

Process & Communication

How do revisions work?

Revisions are unlimited and apply to the same request. If you need a completely new direction or a different concept, it will be treated as a new request. Clear and structured feedback helps us move faster.

How do we communicate?

All communication and requests are managed through our platform. Pro plan clients also receive monthly strategy support, with calls available if needed. Quick check-ins can be arranged when necessary.

What if I need something outside your scope?

If your request falls outside our scope, we’ll let you know. You can always reach out to our team at info@designclick.net to discuss custom needs or alternative solutions.
